Juggling Elephants Reading Overview Lesson
Time Management and life balance Workshop:
Feel like the circus is running you instead of you running the circus? Seems like the performers in your circus are not enthusiastic about being apart of your lineup? If so, it's time that you stop juggling elephants!
Juggling Elephants was written by Jones Loflin and Todd Musig. This book interprets life to running a three ring circus. Mark the main character is a middle-aged man who has a universal problem. He has too much to do, too much stress and too little time. As he struggles to balance everything in his life he decides to take a break and attend a circus with his family. While at the circus he has a conversation with a wise ringmaster who feels when you try to get everything done it is like juggling elephants--impossible. Mark begins to think about his work, family, and personal life as a ringmaster thinks about acts in a three ring circus.
